Shipping

Our shipping times can vary between 4-8 working days for Germany and 4-10 days outside Germany. It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and from which location you are ordering.


Shipping process

We take on average between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially on holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that have stock availability issues.

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (not even to the address). We will only ship to the address you provided at checkout.

For orders with multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to the different locations of the production partners.
